At XeeTech, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or screenshot) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or physical impact.
- Products with broken seals (earbuds, headsets) unless defective on arrival.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no questions asked.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
How to Initiate a Return

- Describe the issue and attach a photo if possible.
- We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
- Do not send items back without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item: XeeTech covers return shipping.
- Change of mind: Customer bears the return shipping cost.
