At XeeTech, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or screenshot) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or physical impact.
  • Products with broken seals (earbuds, headsets) unless defective on arrival.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no questions asked.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at johnbrendon412@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. Describe the issue and attach a photo if possible.
  3. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
  4. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong item: XeeTech covers return shipping.
  • Change of mind: Customer bears the return shipping cost.
