Shipping Policy

XeeTech delivers nationwide across Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT are processed the next business day.
COD orders require a phone confirmation call before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-3 working days
Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 3-4 working days
Remote areas: 4-6 working days

Shipping Partners

We ship via TCS, Leopards Courier, and BlueEx depending on your location. A tracking number will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address. Failed deliveries due to unavailability may result in order cancellation.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your order on the courier website directly.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at johnbrendon412@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
